I have found all of the staff to be very friendly. My wait has been no longer than 5 minutes, I usually get in the chair within 5 minutes after walking into the office even if I am early.

I had an excellent dental experience once again. The front office staff was very friendly upon my arrival and departure, as always.. Molly did an outstanding job x-raying, examining, and cleaning my teeth as always. Dr. Powell was very friendly and very patient, and did an outstanding, thorough exam of my teeth. Both took the time to answer my questions as always. I was very satisfied with my visit today once again. Dr. Powell, Molly, and office staff were AWESOME! Thank you! I look forward to my next visit!

Dr. Powell, himself, is very personable and easygoing. Some dentists look for ways to get you to pay more money but it always feels like Dr. Powell looks out for his patients. It means a lot. My favorite dentist visit I've ever had. Eric is down to Earth and actually seemed to care, which is more than I can say about some doctors I've seen in Tri-Cities. He and Molly explained lots of things, and really made the visit feel valuable, which I have never much felt about dentist visits before. Molly is awesome.

Everyone at the office is always super friendly, and not one person has made me feel bad about the poor condition of my teeth. I am usually anxious going to the dentist, and I don't feel that way with this office. On top of that, the prices are reasonable, and the in office plan is a huge help.

Dr. Powell and his team are the best thing since sliced bread! I had a few bad experiences with dentists so when I finally came to Dr. Powell it was such a relief! I will never change dentists again! They have state of the art equipment, stay up to date with the latest technology and are always looking at ways to improve services. Dr. Powell cares about his patients and it shows!! I phoned the practice nearly four years after being away. I was found in the computer records and was given an appointment the same afternoon. All of the staff were professional and polite in their concern for my visit: from the front desk folks, to the hygienist and then the doctor. My condition was clearly explained along with a recommended course of treatment and expected costs. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding dental care and service.

Many times you go to the dentist and they make recommended treatments that you may not need. I found this office to be amazing. Very friendly and they put me at ease and made the right recommendations on what I actually needed for work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Much of my adult years have been spent fearing or avoiding the dentist until in so much pain, I'd HAVE to go. That changed when I relocated to Tri-Cities & found Dr. Powell. He is great at explaining all options for saving teeth & alternatives when not. Office is very clean, friendly staff will answer all questions, & pain isn't an issue as he keeps me out of it. I no longer leave the dentist office feeling hopeless with the numerous root canals I'll require. I actually go for preventive care & feel good about my smile.
